Background and experience
Prior to joining the Aztec Group, Donna held various positions within the Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) for nearly 17 years. Donna’s latest position was Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations. Here, she was responsible for leading a team of c40 individuals providing the ongoing end-to-end specialist operational support to the c£10bn of AUM across the UK Real Assets business.
One of the many projects Donna successfully led during her tenure was the operational launch and integration of CTI’s inaugural infrastructure fund, helping to expand the UK’s Real Assets business.

- Member of CIMA and AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians)
Outside of the office
Outside of the office Donna likes to spend time with her family and friends and has a love for travelling and planning exotic holidays.
A few years ago, Donna volunteered at a primate sanctuary in Cameroon and spent nearly two months caring for orphaned chimpanzees and gorillas – she marks this as one of the best experiences of her life to date.
