Background and experience
Before joining the Aztec Group, Steve was at the Royal Bank of Canada, Wealth Management Int (RBC WMI) for over 10 years.
In this role Steve headed up RBC’s British Isles Trust business and was a member of RBC’s Global Trust Advisory Board. Steve also Co-Chaired the RBC Toronto Head Office sponsored executive group who were tasked with reshaping RBC’s Fiduciary business across the globe.
Steve was also a member of their British isles Inclusion and Diversity Council and Chairman of the Inclusion group.
Qualifications and professional affiliations
Steve has held a number of professional qualifications including being a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (Formerly Institute Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
Outside of the office
In his spare time, Steve likes teaching QiGong and Tai Chi. He also enjoys sailing, golf and distance running.
