Reports to Online Banking Manager
The purpose of this position is to support the Banking Support Team (‘BST’), Online Banking Manager (OBM) and Client Facing Teams in completing banking support activities, whilst adhering to the Banking Support Framework.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with supporting Client Facing Teams and Banks across the group with banking queries
- Assist the OBM with setting up new banking platforms for Aztec’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking counterparties
- Ensure the BST send updated Authorised Signatory lists to the relevant banks within agreed deadlines
- Ensure the BST complete all monthly tasks in a timely manner
- Deputise for the OBM on monthly and ad-hoc meetings with internal and external counterparties in all jurisdictions
- Assist the Banking Relationship Manager with ad-hoc Banking projects
- Be a point of contact for banks, keeping up to date with regulations and system changes
- Assist the Banking Relationship Manager with annual banking and AML reviews, to include RFPs and DDQ’s
- Some travel to our other jurisdictions may be required
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- 3+ years of banking experience is essential. An understanding of fund structures would be highly regarded
- Sound technical financial services knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy)
- Computer literacy skills are essential
- A positive and proactive approach
- Very good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
