Background and experience
Prior to joining Aztec, Lisa was Finance Director at Winchester & Portsmouth Diocese(s) Board of Finance, where she led both dioceses through the COVID crisis. In the role, where she was principle finance director to the CEO and both Boards, Lisa established an effective, agile shared service finance team, while strengthening internal controls and financial reporting.
Before that Lisa was Senior Manager of Finance & Operations at Deloitte in London, where she supported the COO in providing risk and advisory services in business planning, budgeting and finance operations
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration, the University of Manchester
- Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
Outside of the office
Lisa enjoys cooking, especially traditional dishes from my home country Trinidad. She also enjoys travelling to new countries – including safari in Tanzania this year – and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid supporter of Young Lives vs Cancer.
