Stephanie Atnas,
Associate Director

Private Equity, Luxembourg

Stephanie oversees the delivery of a wide range of accounting and administration activities including improving financial reporting, system enhancements, investor onboarding and reporting requirements for a strategic, multi strategy and cross-jurisdictional client. As part of the private equity leadership team in Luxembourg, Stephanie is instrumental in developing and ensuring that the cross jurisdictional offerings meet client expectations. 

Background and experience

Joining the Group in 2018 as a Financial Reporting Manager, Stephanie climbed the ranks and was promoted to Senior Financial Reporting Manager and, subsequently, an Associate Director. Stephanie worked in the Real Assets team as well as the Private Debt lines before joining the Private Equity team where she currently works. 

Prior to this, Stephanie worked in audit at PwC and KPMG in Cyprus and Luxembourg and held senior positions at Triton and a Private Bank in Luxembourg. She has experience in regulated and unregulated fund structures within real estate, private equity and private debt structures. Stephanie also co-chairs the fund administration committee of the LPEA.

Qualifications and professional affiliations

  • Masters in Risk Management from the University of Nottingham 
  • Bachelors in Management from the University of Leicester 
  • Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales 

Outside of the office

Stephanie loves traveling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is fluent in English, Greek and French on a native level. Stephanie also speaks some Arabic and Mauritian Creole and is currently learning Luxembourgish.
