Background and experience
Before joining the Aztec Group, Tracy was the Group Operations Director at Sanne where she developed their global operational model. In this role, she led the client due diligence global remediation programme and delivered a centralised client due diligence model in Europe for new structures and investors.
Prior to that, Tracy was the Chief Administrative Officer for RBS International. Here she led an operations process improvement project which allowed banking customers to receive a faster service and reduced the high-volume repetitive work undertaken by colleagues.

Outside of the office
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys rebounding (aerobic exercise), skiing with her family and sea swimming most Sundays with friends. Tracy is also qualified in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Award in Wines.
