Aztec Group appoints Richard Anthony as Global Head of Real Assets

Aztec Group, a premium provider of private markets services, today announced the appointment of Richard Anthony as Global Head of Real Assets. The appointment further strengthens Aztec’s leadership as demand for specialist real assets servicing continues to grow globally.

Previously Interim Head of Real Assets, Richard has played a central role in shaping and strengthening Aztec’s real assets platform, providing clear, focused leadership and building momentum across the business. His appointment reflects Aztec’s continued investment in experienced, values‑led leaders as the firm scales globally.

Richard will lead Aztec Group’s global real assets strategy, overseeing service delivery across infrastructure, real estate and other real asset strategies. He will work closely with client-facing teams, operations and product colleagues across Europe and the U.S. to ensure Aztec continues to deliver consistent, high-quality service for clients at scale.

Richard has been with Aztec for 13 years, building experience across private equity, private credit and real assets. Since moving into the real assets team in 2017, he has worked closely with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions, bringing a strong focus on service quality and team collaboration.
