Raising Concerns
Aztec is committed to conducting business with fairness, integrity and respect for the law, relevant regulations and our Aztec values. We believe acting ethically and responsibly is not only the right thing to do, but also the right way to do business.
Should you ever observe conduct that you suspect violates the law or regulations, our values and / or company policies, you are encouraged to Speak Up (also known as whistleblowing).
Safecall is an independent, third-party, confidential reporting channel designed to allow Aztec employees and third parties to submit any concerns.
You can Speak Up through Safecall 24 hours a day, seven days a week, either by submitting a Speak Up Report, or using the freephone numbers:

Aztec wishes to promote a culture of openness and therefore hopes that in most cases an individual will be able to raise any concerns with their line manager, Compliance, or HR functions. However, if they are not comfortable raising through these channels they can be raised anonymously via Safecall.
Reports made through Safecall will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address any concerns.
Aztec will promptly investigate any allegation and take whatever action is considered appropriate. Retaliation is strictly prohibited against anyone who raises concerns, Speaks Up, provides information or otherwise assists in an investigation or proceeding regarding any conduct that the individual believes in good faith constitutes a violation of applicable laws or regulations, our values and / or company policies.
