We’re delighted to welcome Julie Fairclough to our Corporate Services senior leadership team. Julie joins the Group with more than 15 years’ senior leadership experience in corporate services.
In her new role, Julie will lead several significant client relationships and will help to drive the growth of our onshore corporate services offering and operating environment. She will have a particular focus on bringing the Group’s governance services to market, including virtual boardroom support and company secretarial services. As a member of our Corporate Services leadership team, Julie will also contribute to the strategic development of our offering and play a key role in business development efforts.

Prior to joining the Aztec Group, Julie held senior positions and led the successful delivery of multi-jurisdictional initiatives at the Royal Bank of Canada, before spending seven years as Deputy Managing Director at ZEDRA (formerly Barclays) in Jersey.
