Aztec Group today announced several senior leadership appointments that further strengthen its governance, oversight and client service capabilities as the Group continues to grow across key private markets jurisdictions.
In Luxembourg, Eva Devine has been appointed Global Head of Fund Oversight and Governance Services, bringing together Aztec’s AIFM, Depositary Services, Regulatory Control, Internal Controls and Static Data oversight functions. The move strengthens Aztec’s governance capabilities, supporting consistent service delivery and robust regulatory oversight for clients as it continues to grow.
Paul Conroy will move into the newly created role of Head of European Sales after three years leading the development of Aztec’s AIFM proposition from Luxembourg. Paul will focus on strengthening client relationships and supporting the Group’s long-term strategic ambitions across European markets.
Martin O’Brien has been appointed Group Head of Depositary Services. Based in Ireland, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and continued development of Depositary Services across the Group, supporting consistent service delivery and continued growth across Aztec’s jurisdictions.

The appointments follow a series of strategic leadership hires as Aztec continues to invest in leadership, expertise and operational excellence, including Benjamin Lucas as Chief Executive Officer, Melissa Ferraz as Chief Commercial Officer and Jason Adams as Chief Technology Officer.
