This session will uncover how asset managers are facing up to regulatory change that’s transforming the industry towards a more sustainable, transparent and stabile market. Investment opportunities that have historically been ‘private’ are now beginning to open towards a broader range of investors. As the second largest fund centre worldwide, Luxembourg strives to positively contribute to the current developments for the benefit of asset managers, investors and investees alike. This panel will discuss the most relevant market developments, comprising AIFMD II, fundraising perspectives, cross-border distribution as well as ESG impacts.
