Background and experience
Kim’s earlier role at Aztec was the Head of Business Improvement where she had overall responsibility for managing the Group’s strategic programmes and projects (technology, new process, client journey and operating model), overseeing Group wide operational and transformational change and the ongoing enhancement of process and operating practice.
Prior to joining Aztec, Kim held various Change Leadership roles bringing a broad experience of complex system implementations, transformational programmes, process improvement and new office setup projects, having worked in funds, trust, compliance and project management roles within both financial services and commercial trading across several jurisdictions.
Born and raised in Jersey, Kim worked in roles in trust and company administration, before gaining experience across compliance, fund administration, trust and estate management, before moving to Australia. She held positions as a Project and Programme Manager for Link Asset Services, a Trust and Estates Manager, also for Link Asset Services (then known as Capita), and a Compliance Officer for Ogier.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Advanced Business Management.
- Registered Prince2 Practitioner and Change Management Practitioner by APMG International.
- Certificate in Trust and Company Law, Offshore Business Environment and Accounting Fundamentals from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Outside of the office
In her spare time, Kim enjoys relaxing and having fun with her family and friends, as well as travelling to new places and exploring other parts of the world.
