- Requirements Elicitation: Partner with project teams to gather, refine, and convey business requirements to the development team, ensuring seamless alignment between technical deliverables and organizational objectives and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
- Reporting Obligations: Compile and present monthly reports to senior management and stakeholders, detailing team performance, project progress, incident resolutions, and key performance indicators and DevOps metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, lead time for changes).
- Process Enhancement: Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize team workflows, tools, or procedures, incorporating DevOps best practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automated testing) and agile principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a conduit between the development team and project teams to ensure consistent, transparent, and professional communication
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years in a technology-related capacity with direct exposure to software development or IT project environments.
- At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation role, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Previous experience in a coordination, support, or administrative role within a technical team is strongly preferred.
- A background in software development (e.g., as a junior developer or equivalent) is highly desirable, though hands-on coding is not a requirement of this position.
