Background and experience
Before joining the Group in 2020, Alexandra spent five years initially acting as in-house counsel, and later as a member of the senior leadership team, at Saltgate. There she was responsible for the day-to-day running of several corporate fund clients and had oversight of high value client transactions and new business take-on processes.
A qualified solicitor of England and Wales, Alexandra also has significant experience in regulatory and legal issues affecting the alternatives space. In her time at TMF as in-house counsel, she led complex litigation management and advised on regulatory issues and how these impacted the business.
Qualifications
• Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in London.
• Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, two cats and friends.
