Francesca Raffa
Luxembourg Head of Private Credit and Co-Head of Luxembourg

As Client Relationship Lead and Co-Head of Luxembourg, Francesca serves as part of the commercial team, overseeing client relationships for several clients across Private Equity and Private Credit since April 2026. In this dual capacity, she manages a broad range of the Group’s core outsourcing activities, including fund launches, investor onboarding and client communications.

As Co-Head of Luxembourg and a member of the leadership team, Francesca plays a leading role in the ongoing development of the Group’s Private Equity and Private Credit strategy, driving system enhancements, advising on policies and supporting business development efforts in the Luxembourg market.

Background and experience

Appointed Co-Head of Luxembourg and Client Relationship Lead in April 2026, Francesca previously served as Head of the Luxembourg Private Debt Team from 2022, and before that as Associate Director, responsible for managing a portfolio of private debt clients. During her time with the company since 2014, she has been instrumental in the development of the Group’s Private Equity and Private Credit offering, leading numerous business development initiatives aimed at developing the Group’s profile in the European market. Prior to joining the Group in 2014, Francesca spent several years working as a Tax Consultant, advising a portfolio of clients on international tax issues. She is fluent in Italian, German, French and English.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Advanced European Studies from the European College of Parma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bologna.

Outside of the office

Fluent in Italian, German, French and English Francesca loves to travel, and enjoys exploring the historic sights of Europe and Asia. Also a keen writer, Francesca writes an Italian blog and uses her passion for photography to illustrate her travels around the world.
