Joanne Earles,
Associate Director

U.S.

Joanne Earles is Associate Director of the Investor Services team at Aztec Group. She oversees client management for the U.S. office, managing client relationships and leading the strategic growth of the team.

She is also responsible for overseeing the administration of regulated and unregulated domiciled entities in Guernsey, UK, Cayman Islands, Germany and Luxembourg across Private Equity, Real Assets and Private Credit.

Since joining Aztec in 2018, Jo has worked on several of Aztec’s largest mandates. Using her unique expertise she has managed the smooth launch and ongoing needs of these complex structures.

Background and Experience 

Before joining Aztec, Jo worked for Northern Trust as a team leader in their Private Equity department. While there she managed a large portfolio of Private Equity clients, overseeing and managing all aspects of the day-to-day administration for them.

Previously based in the Guernsey office, Jo moved to Philadelphia in 2023, to train a team built out for a large Guernsey client who wanted to expand its service offering to its investors.

Qualifications

  • International Finance and Administration Certificate 
  • Working towards her final exam to obtain diploma in International Finance and Administration 
  • Member of the Governance Institute. 

Outside of the office

Jo enjoys walking and exploring quirky tourist areas, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. Her hobbies include cooking, walking her dog and face painting/prosthetics.
