Background and experience
Kasia has more than a decade of specialist experience in her field.
Prior to joining the Aztec Group, Kasia headed up the Compliance and AML team, acting as the Conducting Officer for these two functions for the Investment Fund Managers based in Luxembourg.
Kasia brings her rigorous understanding of the requirements of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), with a focus on the Compliance and AML environment, to ensure managers are best equipped to meet all their regulatory responsibilities.

Outside of the office
Competitive by nature, Kasia likes to spend her free time in adrenaline-fuelled activities such as climbing and playing tennis. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends, and balances it all with Pilates sessions and mindfulness.
