Background and experience
Before taking on his current role, Nick worked within Aztec’s Real Assets team and as a business analyst focused on continuous client service improvement. The team of business analysts he lead were responsible for supporting strategic projects and initiatives designed to improve processes across the Group.
Prior to joining Aztec, Nick worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, where he headed its centralised payments team serving private clients across the Channel Islands. This experience, combined with his background in business analysis and operational improvement, has given him a broad perspective on payments, banking processes and the delivery of effective operational change.
Qualifications
- Nick is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Outside of the Office
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, particularly taking his children to the beach. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys watching live football, Formula 1, cricket and golf. He is also a keen golfer himself.
