Background and experience
Ryan leads the innovative Loan Servicing Unit at Aztec, and played a large part in successfully getting the project to fruition. Ryan and his team provide clients with an efficient process and reporting platform to deliver Aztec’s enhanced operations model.
Before starting at Aztec, Ryan headed up the Ireland Private Capital team for BNP Paribas, where he managed teams and operations focused on client delivery, whilst being very much involved in NAV production. Prior to this he was a VP at State Street within the Private Equity and Real Estate divisions.
Ryan is passionate about adopting Aztec’s culture and values into his management style, focusing on the development and career progression of every team member, encouraging them to pursue further qualifications.
Qualifications
- Member of the ACCA as a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Outside of the office
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his children, and coaching his two sons’ football teams – which he often finds more difficult than his role at Aztec! Ryan is very sporty and enjoys playing a lot of sports himself, including football, golf, Gaelic football, snooker, and table tennis. He is also an avid Arsenal supporter!
