Background and experience
Scott was previously Head of Alternative Investment Solutions at Vistra USA LLC, where he served as their Country Manager (P&L) for Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands and the United States – Alternative Investments Sector. There he led a team of 105 professionals responsible for providing fund administration and corporate services to over 150 clients.
Scott is highly collaborative with clients, staff, executive management and firm owners, broad in scale and scope with deep knowledge of alternative investments, international securities and related processing, treasury and technology operations.
Prior to Vistra, Scott was Senior Vice President at State Street Bank & Trust where he drove substantial revenue growth and expanded service offerings across a range of fund types. He also held roles as the Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase Bank, Vice President at Bank of New York, and Assistant Vice President at the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.

Outside of the office
Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys cheering on his favorite soccer team and traveling to new countries where he can meet new people and immerse himself in different cultures.
