Background and experience
Sean works closely with leaders across fund, corporate, depositary, tax, and AIFM services to provide clients with a joined-up service offering and to support new business opportunities. He is also focused on transformation and continuous improvement, having developed operational dashboards and analytics to support decision-making, planning and better client outcomes. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Sean contributes to Aztec’s wider strategic initiatives through his role on the Luxembourg GTM Committee and his involvement as a subject matter expert in a range of group projects, including investor services, director services, carry and waterfall, and product integration initiatives.
Before joining the Group in 2020, Sean held positions at Intertrust Group Luxembourg and the legal firm, Strauss Daly Inc. Here, Sean managed a team, drafted pleadings and notices and appeared as Counsel in both the Magistrates and the High Court.
