Background and experience
Tomas has two decades’ experience in the fund industry spanning both regulatory and performance management.
Prior to joining Aztec, Tomas was the Conducting Officer responsible for the Portfolio Management and Marketing functions for a Luxembourg-based third party AIFM. Before moving to Luxembourg, Tomas helped to establish, and was the fund manager of pan-European funds based in London, UK.
Tomas has experience in strategic business planning and across all stages of the fund life cycle for real estate, private equity and debt and infrastructure strategies.

Outside of the office
Tomas balances his work commitments with an array of sporting pursuits including ultra trail running, cycling, playing ice hockey and hunting. In his downtime he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
