Background and experience
Will has more than 20 years’ experience in data and analytics, spanning seven industries including financial services, retail, FinTech, philanthropy, TelCo, travel, logistics and Big Tech. Prior to joining Aztec, Will led data engineering at Meta with a remit spanning Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp with a focus on online safety. He has also been the technical lead and consultant of FOBO reconciliation systems implementations for large FS clients including Nomura, Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort while consulting with 4FRONT IS. Will held the position of principal advisory consultant and data strategist for the UK Government and large telcos including Three Mobile while consulting with VALCON.
Qualifications
Will holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Kent, UK. He is a Certified Data Management Professional – DAMA, Certified General Data Protection Practitioner (GDPR-P) – IBITGQ on behalf of EU Commission and Certified Technology Specialist – Microsoft.
