Francesca Raffa
Luxembourg Head of Private Credit

As Head of our Luxembourg Private Credit Team, Francesca oversees a broad range of the Group’s core outsourcing activities across our Luxembourg private credit client base, including fund launches, investor onboarding and client communications.

As a member of our Private Credit leadership team, Francesca plays a leading role in the ongoing development of our private credit strategy across the Group, driving system enhancements, advising on policies and supporting the Group’s business development efforts in the Luxembourg private credit market.

Background and experience

Appointed Head of our Luxembourg Private Credit Team in 2022, Francesca was previously a Associate Director, responsible for managing a portfolio of private credit clients. During her time with the company, she has been instrumental in the development of our private credit offering, leading numerous business development initiatives aimed at developing the Group’s profile in the European private credit market.

Prior to joining the Group in 2014, Francesca spent several years working as a Tax Consultant, advising a portfolio of clients on international tax issues,

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Advanced European Studies from the European College of Parma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bologna.

Outside of the office

Fluent in Italian, German, French and English Francesca loves to travel, and enjoys exploring the historic sights of Europe and Asia. Also a keen writer, Francesca writes an Italian blog and uses her passion for photography to illustrate her travels around the world.
