Background and experience
Jason joined the Aztec team in 2010 and during that time he has led client-facing accounting teams, managed strategic transformation projects and designed control frameworks providing a unique insight into client experience and service delivery.
One of Jason’s key achievements within the Group was leading the strategic operations team in delivering a key technology transformation, ultimately migrating 100+ clients onto a new, scalable accounting and administration platform.
In previous roles, Jason has overseen investor and regulatory reporting, as well as back office finance functions for a portfolio of private equity and venture capital clients, whilst also leading strategic change technology adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Jason holds a BSc (Hons) from Brunel University. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and serves on the ACCA’s Financial Services Sector Panel.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as playing golf or paddleboarding whenever he gets the chance.
