Background and experience
Jason brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across private markets, investment technology and enterprise SaaS. He has a strong track record of scaling complex platforms, modernising legacy technology estates, building high-performing global teams and applying emerging technologies, including AI, to improve resilience, efficiency and client outcomes.
Before joining Aztec, Jason served as Chief Technology Officer at Charles River Development, a State Street company, where he helped lead technology strategy, platform modernisation and enterprise AI adoption across a global investment technology environment. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Mercatus Inc., where he helped build and scale a private markets technology platform from growth-stage company through to strategic acquisition by State Street.
Jason is a member of Aztec Group’s Executive Committee and is based in the U.S., working closely with teams and clients across the U.S., Europe and internationally to support Aztec’s ambition to be the premium global provider of private markets services.
