She brings with her a wealth of experience from across financial services in multiple geographies, from strategic communications, employer branding and value proposition design, corporate citizenship and volunteerism to leading employee-experience strategies inclusive of speak up/listening, culture measurement and engagement design and large-scale event management.
Qualifications
Kat is an accredited ICF Coach with a passion for leadership and people development, and AIM Project Management practitioner for complex and large-scale change. She holds a Masters in Digital Marketing Leadership, Bachelors in Market & Business Management as well as qualifications in Sustainability Leadership, Public Relations and a diploma in DEI Strategies for Impact from Cambridge University.
