Megan MacAniff,
Head of U.S. Client Solutions

Megan MacAniff joined the Aztec Group in August 2024 as Head of U.S. Client Solutions. Her role is to support the U.S. growth strategy and expansion, driving the execution of the strategy by crystalizing requirements and solutions for clients and identifying product changes to meet market demands. She works closely with client service and commercial teams to incorporate Aztec’s Gold Standard processes and best-of-breed technology to deliver solutions and create a market-leading service.

Megan has 25+ years of experience spanning roles in investment, service, and consulting firms in both leadership and execution roles covering the areas of operations, client management, fund accounting and reporting, strategy and product development, advisory services, and fiscal and risk management.

Background and experience

Before joining Aztec, Megan worked as an independent consultant in the Private Equity industry. Before that she was the Chief Administrative Officer at SandsPoint Capital Advisors LLC providing outsourced and consulting services to Private Equity and Real Estate Clients. Prior to that role, she was at JPMorgan Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Services where she managed the private equity fund and portfolio administration product. She defined strategy for the products, led efforts to identify and implement new products and formulated and implemented solutions and operating models for new clients.

  • Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Notre Dame
