Dexter serves as Associate Director within the Private Equity team in Luxembourg, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of clients and teams. He thrives on nurturing strong client relationships, orchestrating seamless operations, and ensuring robust financial reporting that meets the highest regulatory and international standards.

With a passion for developing high-performing teams, Dexter fosters strong governance and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent client service throughout the lifecycle of administered entities. As a member of the Board of Managers for select structures, he plays a pivotal role in enhancing oversight, building capabilities, and promoting continuous improvement within the organisation.

Background and experience

Dexter joined Aztec in 2020, bringing extensive audit and financial services experience from Deloitte Luxembourg and PwC Philippines. He led complex cross-border audit engagements, and navigated the intricacies of funds, banking, insurance, service, manufacturing, and corporate sectors. Known for his ability to lead large teams, he consistently delivers impactful process improvements, technical accounting solutions, and best practices that drive excellence across every project.

  • Certified Public Accountant (Philippines)
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bicol University, Philippines

Outside of the Office

Outside of work, Dexter values time with family and friends, enjoys staying active through sports and cares for his cat. He is a passionate badminton player, playing several times a week and appreciating the sense of community and wellbeing the sport provides.
