Background and experience
Joining the Group in 2012, Oana has held numerous positions in relationship management and financial reporting across the major asset classes, spanning mezzanine, mid-market buyout funds and fund of funds as well as working in the depositary team for a year. Promoted to Associate Director in 2020, before becoming a Director for Private Equity, Oana’s role changes saw her assuming overall responsibility for the financial reporting and other accounting services to a portfolio of large clients.
Prior to this, Oana worked at the European Investment Bank, Administrative Expenses Unit, where she delivered internal accounting services.
Qualifications
- Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Chartered Accountant).
- Master’s in Business Administration from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Outside of the office
As well as having a passion for volleyball, Oana enjoys travelling with her family, exploring the world and learning about different cultures.
