Background and experience
Richard Larnder is an experienced leader who has worked in private equity for more than 15 years, with a focus on leading businesses through strategic change and driving performance.
Richard joined Aztec in December 2023. Prior to this, he spent 12 years working with Värde Partners, a global alternative asset manager where he delivered strategic change and capital markets projects across their portfolio companies.

Outside of the office
Richard is a Father of two 10 year-old girls and enjoys spending time with his family and travelling together. In addition, he enjoys music and is an avid collector of vinyl records, in particular classic hip-hop
