Background and experience
Johanna has worked in ESG fund administration for over two years. Her previous role included the creation and implementation of ESG-related products on UK and EU sustainability regulations and ESG topics such as diversity and impact. She also has a master’s in public administration, where she collaborated with the Royal Academy of Engineering to research women’s safety in public, with a particular focus on marginalised groups and bus infrastructure in London. Research findings contributed to a universal toolkit of gendered solutions in policy, design, and practice.

Outside of the office
Johanna enjoys travelling, reading, and learning random skills (like starting piano at a late age).
